CANADA STYLE: Dsquared Create Clothing For The Olympics

dsquared-smallDean and Dan Caten of Dsquared may be based out of Milan now, but these Canadian fashion designers never miss a chance to pay tribute to their roots. In their recent menswear show in Milan, Dsquared paid tribute to Canada’s favourite past time hockey.

Now the fashion designers are celebrating their Canadian pride with a limited-edition fleece hoodie that will be sold exclusively at Holt Renfrew. Just in time for the upcoming Olympics in Vancouver, British Columbia.

The men’s and women’s cotton fleece hoodie features a big red maple leaf in the middle with the words Dsquared and Canada. The hoodie will cost $350 CAN at select Holt Renfrew stores across the country. Dean and Dan Caten will be heading to Vancouver to celebrate their new partnership with Holt Renfrew.

As the official Headline Talent Costume Designers for the Olympic opening and closing ceremonies, you can expect to see a lot of Dsquared throughout February. You can catch the Launch My Line stars at Vancouver’s Holt Renfrew on February 13th and they will be running the Olympic torch through North Vancouver on February 10th at approximately 11:50 a.m.

You can find more information on Olympic clothing here and shop at The Bay, Birks, Old Navy, Roots and Lululemon to get more Olympic themed clothes.
