Is there really any doubt which movie will take the top spot this weekend? Shockingly the latest superhero action flick isn’t the only movie opening this weekend, but no other movie will be talked about more. The Hunger Games may be the top grossing movie so far this year, but The Avengers will surely challenge that beginning this weekend.

What is typically known as the movie graveyard, the Labour Day weekend typically sees very little in regards to top of the line movies. This weekend is no different. There are two cheesy horror flicks, a historical thriller, and a comedy. There will probably be no change in the movie that takes number one this weekend.
