Kate Middleton and Prince William have won their case against French magazine Closer, which published topless photos of Kate last Friday. The decision was made this morning in a French court. The court ordered Closer Magazine to stop printing the issue featuring photos of Kate and William taken by paparazzi while the Royal couple was vacationing in the south of France. The court also ordered Closer to remove the topless photos of Kate from their website. On top of all this, the photos cannot be sold anywhere else in the world and must be given to the Palace by Wednesday afternoon. If Closer does not comply with these demands, the magazine will be fined 10,000 euros per incident.
