According to CBS News, Jennifer Lopez is officially a new judge on American Idol. Lopez and Idol producers have been negotiating for weeks and have finally agreed on all terms including a 12 million pay check.
Lopez will join Randy Jackson and Steven Tyler of Aerosmith as the judges for the upcoming season. Auditions begin in October and Fox is expected to make an officially announcement early next month.
