Taylor Swift’s song “Revenge” is allegedly all about how actress Camilla Belle stole Joe Jonas from Taylor. Taylor is at least clear about one thing in the lyrics to the chorus: her arch enemy is indeed an actress, “She’s not a saint, and she’s not what you think / She’s an actress, whoa / She’s better known / For the things that she does on the mattress, whoa.” Our favourite line from the song has to be: “But no amount of vintage dresses gives you dignity.” Yikes. The mattress remark from the chorus obviously hit close to home, given that Joe Jonas was a devote Christian and proud virgin who was saving himself for marriage, just like Tim Tebow.

Camilla grew up with an American father and Brazilian mother, so she spoke both Portuguese and English at home. “I speak Portuguese fluently, but my grammar sometimes is not perfect. Camilla Belle’s mom named her after a character played by Renata Sorrah in the Brazilian soap opera Cavalo de Aço, but Camilla’s friends and family just call her “Belle.” We can definitely see why!

Camilla was already appearing in print ads before she was even 1 year old. She was starring in TV movies by the time she was 5. We guess the hard work paid off.
