19-year-old Miley Cyrus wore an extraordinarily daring outfit on The Tonight Show With Jay Leno on Friday. The songstress stopped by Jay’s show for a visit wearing a vintage Moschino skirt, red satin high heels and a black Anthony Vaccarello bustier. Miley’s always been mature for her age, but she definitely seems to be taking more risks ever since she chopped off her hair and dyed it blonde!

Miley opened up to Jay about how her fiance Liam Hemsworth proposed. Liam popped the question just minutes after Miley finished recording a cover of one of his favourite songs, “Lilac Wine,” during her Backyard Sessions.
