Jef Holm is getting over his heartbreak by golfing with Arie Luyendyk Jr.! Just a day after Jef and Emily Maynard officially called off their engagement, Jef posted this photo of himself with The Bachelorette runner-up Arie at a golfing range in Arizona. “Just what I needed,” Holm tweeted on Tuesday. “Chill golf night in AZ.”

Jef even got down on one knee at the end of the season and popped the question to Emily. Things apparently got rocky over the last few months. We can only imagine what Jef and Arie talked about while golfing together! We’re glad to see that the two guys remained friends even after competing for Emily’s love on The Bachelorette. We love that Jef isn’t hiding from the spotlight despite his very public breakup. We have a feeling we’ll be seeing a lot more of him as time goes by.
