When it comes to cheering on Great Britain at the Olympics, the Royals are as energetic and exuberant as anyone else. The Royal family might be known for their poised and polished exterior most of the time, but they’ve been letting loose over the last week and a half as they quite literally root for the home team: Great Britain. Kate Middleton and Prince William shared a very public embrace at the Velodrome in London on Thursday after Great Britain won the gold medal in the Track Cycling event. Prince Harry cheered on the UK while watching the evening session on Day 5 at the Aquatics Centre. Prince Harry has been jumping to his feet in celebration all over the Olympics, like at the track cycling events at the Velodrome, but Canadians got a dose of the Prince’s Olympic spirit when he made a surprise visit to the Canada Olympic House. Princess Beatrice and Princess Eugenie have also been busy attending the games. The royal sisters showed their support for cousin Zara who competed in an equestrian event, among other events.
