The hit AMC show The Walking Dead returns with the first of six brand new episodes on February 12th, and fans of the series have been clamoring for any news as to what the second half of the season will bring. AMC has finally released a clip of the first episode to help draw interest in the series back.
In the clip Rick and Hershel are discussing what they believe, and how their decisions should be made. Well, Rick is the one doing the talking while Hershel does the drinking. Before anything can come from their talk though, two men walk in through the front door. They are in the shadows, and it’s impossible to tell who they are. They apparently know one of the two men however as one of them declares “Son of a bitch, they’re alive.”
Who these men are, or what they want is anyone’s guess, but it certainly has peaked the interest of the fans.
This clip of course comes on the heels of the announcement that the series has been renewed for a 3rd season, and that they are aiming for 16 episodes instead of the 13 from this year. They’ve also stated that they will break the season up like they did this year. Not really a surprise considering how well the show has done.
