Lindsay Lohan is finally speaking out about the felony grand thef charges she is facing in court. The actress/singer took to Twitter to defend her good name.
Last night after pleading not guilty to the charges, Lindsay wrote on Twitter: i would never steal, in case people are wondering. I was not raised to lie, cheat, or steal. The judges in her case gave her a harsh warning about watching her actions before trial, so this will probably be the little we hear from Lindsay.
Lindsay was criticized for showing up to court in a short mini-dress, but she had a word for those who were discussing her fashion choices. She tweeted: what i wear to court shouldnt be front page news. it’s just absurd. We have to agree with her there.
Lindsay is currently out on bail and reportedly wants to return to work. Her next court date is set for February 23.
