After having her husband Charlie Sheen pull a knife on her on Christmas Day, Brooke Mueller is considering a divorce.

According to People Magazine, a source close to Brooke says that they are still in love and “will make their best effort at counseling.”

Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen have twin sons together and want to make it work for them.

Charlie Sheen was arrested on Christmas Day and charged with second-degree assault, menacing and criminal mischief in Aspen, Colorado. Police have confirmed that a fight broke out when Brooke Mueller threatened Charlie Sheen with divorce. Charlie Sheen has denied the shocking allegations that he pulled a knife on her.

If these allegations are true and Charlie Sheen is guilty, Brooke Mueller should think long and hard about bringing her children back into a home with him.
