We understand that the world of lotions and potions can be somewhat intimidating for the male novice, so we’ve made it easy. We’ve narrowed it down to three essential rules. Simply follow them, and you’re golden.
1) Moisturizing is king; do not skip out on this. Find a good moisturizer with an SPF of at least 15 and wear it daily. Just because it’s not summer time sunny doesn’t mean the rays aren’t out to get you, so prevent premature aging and sun damage by protecting your skin from the harmful effects of UVA and UVB.

2) Apply hand cream frequently. Really? Yes, really. During the dry days of winter your hands are more prone to skin breakage. While outside, most generally have their hands exposed and this means stress on the skin, especially the skin around you knuckles.

This hand moisturizer is super high-performance. This non-greasy formula utilizes the soothing properties of aloe to smooth hands, and help minimize and prevent the appearance of dark spots. Dry rough hands don’t stand a change against this stuff, trust us!
3) Don’t lick your lips; apply lip balm instead. When our lips run dry our natural tendency is to lick to moisten them, but this can actually exacerbate the problem, especially during the winter. Keep a small chap stick with you at all times, because you will definitely need it. Don’t be shy about applying it in public. So long as it’s not pink or fruity scented, we promise no one will judge you.
