Last night Leighton Meester debuted her new short hair cut at a party honouring her cover shoot for Flaunt Magazine. At Ink restaurant, Leighton showed off the new long bob cut.
Leighton said that she cut off her long wavy hair after Gossip Girl wrapped. As Blair Waldorf on Gossip Girl, Leighton was known for her thick long waves that were often held back with one of her trademark headbands. Leighton said that her stylist on the show, Lizzie Reilly, cut her hair for her.

We love her new waves for a fresh update to Leighton’s style. It is just enough of a change to help her break free of her alter ego.
