“I’m 10 pounds away from my pre-baby size,” Jessica Simpson told Us Weekly in their new issue, out this week. The starlet has struggled publicly with her weight over the years, and all eyes were definitely on Jessica while she was pregnant with daughter Maxwell. The 5’3 singer got up to 170 pounds at the height of her pregnancy! She admitted to enjoying whatever she felt like eating while she has carrying Maxwell, but now that her pregnancy is over, Jessica wants to get back in shape. Fortunately, she has a big contract with Weight Watchers to help keep her motivated!

Simpson told Us Weekly all about her new diet and fitness regime in the new issue. For breakfast, she has half a Flatout flatbread sandwich with egg whites, peppers and fat-free cheddar, which comes out to 6 PointsPlus on the Weight Watchers diet. About an hour after having her first meal of the day, Simpson goes for a walk with fiance Eric Johnson and Maxwell in an attempt to get 14,000 steps in a day. And that’s not all of her exercise regime! She works out with celebrity trainer four times a week for 45 minutes per circuit training session.
