Emmys 2012: Best Hair And Makeup

The stars looked gorgeous at last night’s Emmy Awards as they made their way down the red carpet and picked up their statues. We already named the Emmys best dressed, now see who had our favourite beauty looks from their makeup to their hair.

Jessica Pare

Canadian beauty and Mad Men star Jessica Pare embodied the retro beauty that she plays on the show at the Emmys. With beautiful soft waves and red lips, we couldn’t take our eyes off of her. Jessica kept the focus on her full pout and kept her eyes soft and light.

Julianne Hough

We were not only in love with the Footloose star’s gorgeous dress, but also her barely there makeup made a big impression. While others wore bold colours, Julianne went with a nude palette. A bronzed glow, beige eye shadow and nude lips made her blue eyes really pop!  Finger waves in her faux bob completed the look.

Sarah Hyland

The young Modern Family actress looked soft and romantic with her gorgeous loose updo. The curls falling down around her face made Sarah look positively angelic. Sarah kept her makeup lightly glamourous with glossy lips and silver eye makeup.

Heidi Klum

Heidi’s sexy dress made many headlines, but it was her radiant face that grabbed our attention. Her new relationship must be doing something right because she was positively glowing! Heidi kept her look simple with natural makeup featuring nude lips and long dark lashes. Her blonde waves billowed in an easy blow out for a beach beauty feel.

January Jones

January Jones matched her bold dress choice with dramatic makeup. January debuted a darker red tinged hair colour for the Emmys and kept the style very in line with Fall runway trends with the sleek style. She wore a dramatic smoky eye and kept the rest of her makeup simple and nude to balance out her face. This is a look straight off the runway and we love it.
