If you thought you finally knew all of the superfoods to help your skin look and feel its best, think again. A new French company is touting crème fraîche as the latest skin care beauty secret, while Yves Rocher is launching a new line of rice infused makeup. These makeup collections have lists of ingredients that sound good enough to eat!
The Crème Fraîche De Beaute collection from Nuxe Paris includes four products promising 24 hour moisturizing. The Moisture Emulsion includes plants a natural milk of green tea, almond, coconut and oats. While the Moisturizing Cream offers a deeper moisturizing for very dry skin.

The line also includes a powder made from rice grain that is said to offer a matte finish. Yves Rocher also has a new Pure Light collection featuring foundation and eye shadow with rice extract. The rice is said to allow your skin to breathe through the heavy makeup. It’s said that rice extracts can help moisturizier get delivered deeper into your pores, stops oiliness and prevents environmental damage to your skin. We will have to wait and see if our skin agrees.
