Jessica Biel didn’t become one of Hollywood’s fittest leading ladies by skipping her workout. This actress has an exercise routine that our Olympians would be proud of. Her trainer Jason Walsh told People magazine that Jessica’s daily workout includes: walking lunges, jogging, sprinting, hanging leg raises for her abs, plyometrics (intensive speed and strength training), weight training, seated Russian twists, and weight lifting. She says she doesn’t make excuses to skip a day. “I might work out as late as 9 or 10pm.,” she told InStyle Magazine, “When you have to do it, you just do it. It’s not easy at all. I just grumble through the whole way.”
Stretch It Out
On top of that extensive workout, Jessica is also a huge fan of yoga and is known to attend a few classes a week to stay in shape. She says it helps keep her muscles “long and flexible.”
Get Outside
Jessica Biel doesn’t just attend classes to stay in shape. Her hobbies also include stay fit activities to ensure she’s always getting a good workout. In these warm summer months, Jessica is known for playing beach volleyball, hiking and walking her dogs. She told Glamour that those fun actitivies “keep me very clearheaded, and helps me to refresh.” Her and fiancée Justin Timberlake have been spotted riding their bikes together and working out on the beach offering giving them a way to make her workout lifestyle into quality time.
Eat Healthy
With all of that working out it should be no surprise Jessica Biel eat healthy too. The actress is said to eat complex carbs in the morning, fish and vegetables for dinner, and fruit snacks. She does say she gives herself a “cheat day” and loves dark chocolate and potato chips.
Stick To The Basics
The real trick to getting Jessica’s healthy form is not so secret. Jessica has said her secret to staying healthy are “boring.” She just makes sure to stick to the basics of getting enough sleep, drinking a lot of water and avoiding alcohol.
