A plastic surgeon in Chicago has found a new use for the popular anti-wrinkle serum Botox: an acne fighter. Botox already has a number of different uses, but fighting acne is a new benefit to the injections.
According to reports, Dr. Anil Shah injects the Botox serum into the skin to eliminate large pores, excessive oil production and acne. According to Dr. Shah, the Botox injection stops the creation of oils in your skin making it impossible for acne to occur.

While younger people may think this sounds great, the doctor says he won’t treat anyone under the age of 20. He won’t administer the treatment on teens who are still going through hormone changes that are causing the acne.
Any adults who are suffering may want to look into this treatment though.
