AcuFacials have been around for years and started getting popular in 2006 and seem to be popping back up on the beauty radar with a recent feature on Good Morning America. The procedure claims to be able to take up to ten years off of the look of your face after about ten sessions (which cost up to $200 each).
AcuFacial expert Shellie Goldstein told GMA that the procedure works with your “energy” to like muscles. Goldstein lists the benefits of the AcuFacial listed include eliminating double chins, reducing lines, lifting sagging muscles and brightening skin. Other benefits of AcuFacials are said to include clearing acne and even improving your vision.
While this isn’t going to help people with a fear of needles skip Botox. It may be worth some research for someone looking for a more natural approach to anti-aging.
