Lea Michele looked gorgeous while attending the Versace show at Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris last week. Posing beside boyfriend, and Glee co-star Cory Monteith, Lea who is often seen with and without bangs, opted to brush them to the side and keep her long locks sleek and shiny.

If you have bangs and are thinking of growing them out (we’re not sure if Lea is planning on or not), pushing them to the side is one easy way to start the transition. You can also use bobby pins or a barrette to clip your hair to the side, as hairspray doesn’t always do the trick. Another hair accessory that can help you grow our your bangs? A cute headband always does the trick.
For those who aren’t blessed with already shiny locks, we also have some suggestions to help your hair look lustrous and healthy.
1. Think from the inside out. A healthy lifestyle can do wonders for your looks. Protein is the building block for your hair, so ensuring you have enough of it (along with a balanced diet), is key.
2. Don’t overprocess. Damage comes in the form of colouring, blow-drying and hair straightening. If possible, try easing off and incorporating a weekly deep conditioning treatment if you are a regular offender.
3. Try a shine serum. Great for those you have frizzy or unruly hair, you can up your shine factor with shine serum or gloss. You don’t need much to get results either. A pea-sized drop will do the trick. Try: Bumble and Bumble’s Shine On Finishing Spray.
