Every time we see photos of Miley Cyrus, she seems to be leaving the gym, which explains why we’ve seen a gazillion images of her perfectly flat abs in crop tops lately. Sure, she’s only 19, which explains her naturally fit figure, but she’s also putting in a lot of work keep her abs toned. The actress and singer has been training with Pilates instructor Mari Winsor five to six times a week since February, using Pilates equipment as well as doing mat exercises. When she’s on the road and can’t train with Winsor, she relies on Winsor’s Lower Body Pilates DVD and Flat Abs Pilates. To top it off, Cyrus avoids both gluten (due to an allergy), as well as dairy in her diet. While going gluten-free doesn’t necessarily mean you’ll lose body fat, avoiding foods with gluten often means not opting to take part in bad food choices like ordering pizza or grabbing take-out or a handful of chips.
