Even though she may have a hectic schedule of filming and studying in university, Emma knows that keeping a balanced lifestyle is the key to staying healthy. She told Teen Vogue that “Being kind, eating healthy, and getting exercise genuinely help your self-image… Just making a playlist on my iPod, putting my headphones on, and going for a 40-minute walk makes me feel so good.”
