Take note, Madonna: This is how you take your clothes off and still keep it high-fashion. Lady Gaga just released the first photo from her exciting new fragrance campaign for her signature scent, Lady Gaga Fame. The campaign, shot by one of the world’s most famous photographer’s and Vogue contributor, Steven Klein, looks like Gulliver’s Travels in hyper-drive. The nearly naked little men climbing all over Lady Gaga’s nude body in strategically placed areas at first appear like tarantulas. To be honest, we wouldn’t have put it past Gaga to let 17 giant spiders crawl all over her, but we think the little men definitely make a point of showing that Gaga is indeed larger than life. We can’t wait to find out what the perfume, which goes on black and dries translucent, smells like when we finally get our hands on in September. The campaign will appear in magazines in September issues. “i won’t lie I’m a bit nervous,” tweeted Gaga after releasing the first photo from the campaign. “its been a while since i’ve shared some work with you. But i’m so proud of Steven+I, we really did not sleep!”
Lady Gaga Fame isn’t the only celebrity fragrance launch this fall. We’re equally as excited to compare Gaga’s fragrance to Taylor Swift’s latest. Check out our post on Taylor Swift’s New Scent ‘Enchanted Wonderstruck’ Launches This Fall.
