Just a year after Justin Bieber launched his highly successful fragrance “Someday,” the pop star already has another perfume under his belt. Debuting today, “Girlfriend” is a more sophisticated version of “Someday,” according to Justin. So what does it smell like? The top notes are pear, mandarin and blackberry, while the heart is jasmine, pink freesia, and orange blossom. The scent ends smoothly, with bottom notes of vanilla and musk.
It’s hard to keep up with the Biebs, who on Sunday was performing at the MMVA’s, then last night performed unplugged at the Apollo Theater after the power went out, tweeting “Me and @ludacris blew up the power at the @ApolloTheater . Haha. Epic. #beastmode.” And of course we can’t forget that his album “Believe” is out in stores today, not so coincidently as the same day his fragrance has launched.

This isn’t Justin’s first foray into the beauty industry either. You may remember a couple years ago, he collaborated with OPI on a nail polish. Strangely enough, when asked if was planning a fragrance for men, he told Women’s Wear Daily that he’s “not interested.” The most interesting part about the fragrance may just be the ad (pictured above). Does anyone else think the girl looks a little bit like his real life girlfriend Selena Gomez?
