Kate actually did her own makeup for the big day. That is a brave move for a wedding that billions of people would be watching. Reports say she got lessons from makeup artist Arabella Preston in preparation. She chose a very light smoky eye with a thin line of black eye liner, pink blush in her cheeks and a pale pink lipstick.
Kate’s nails were done at Jo Hansford Salon. She created her pretty manicure with Bourjois nail polish in Rose Lounge and Essie nail polish in Allure.

For her hair, Kate stuck with her regular stylist James Pryce of the Richard Ward Salon and Metrospa and wanted to keep her hair simple. She chose a look that was partially up with curls hanging down around her face. Pryce was on hand with hairspray ready in case Kate has any hair emergencies during the course of the wedding day.
