Beauty and fashion are fun, but it’s nothing without feeling good on the inside too. You have to feel great to be able to strut your stuff. Fashion designer Norma Kamali understands that because this week the fashion designer hosted a symposium on wellness with some of the top minds in health, fitness, beauty and wellness.
The experts gathered at the MET to share their tips and ideas on living healthy and staying beautiful. Here are some the tips given by the experts:
