In this week’s beauty news, actress Natalie Portman has been named the face of Parfums Christian Dior fragrances by LVHM.
In a month filled with announcements for new faces on campaigns, Parfums Christian Dior announced that Natalie Portman will be the face of their upcoming campaign. Although the fragrance company will not yet reveal any hints about the campaign itself. They told beauty news source WWDthat they chose Natalie Portman because “She will symbolize with grace the values of luxury and the glamour of Dior.”
While Natalie Portman has been on fashion magazines and see at fashion weeks, this new Dior campaign will be the first time Natalie has signed on to work with a beauty or fragrance company in advertising. Dior has a very glamorous advertising history, it will be interesting to see what the Natalie Portman fragrance ads look like.
