Kim Kardashian Debuts Her Signature Perfume On The Shopping Channel

This evening ,Kim Kardashian has chosen Canada’s The Shopping Channel to debut her signature perfume simply called : Kim Kardashian.

In a live half hour sales pitch, wearing a simple black sleeveless top and a black skirt with gold embellishments Kim Kardashian pitched her two perfume lines like a seasoned pro. We learned that it has taken her almost 2 years and over 50 tries to get the scent just right. Kim described the fragrance as voluptuous, sexy and delicious and said that she wanted the perfume to represent her and all the things she loved. She told the Shopping Channel’s viewers that some of her favorite fragrances were honeysuckle and jasmine which are prominent in the perfume scent.

During the sales shows on The Shopping Channel there is usually some repartee between the presenters . On this show the viewers learned that Kim Kardashian’s father once gave her and her sisters pefume that he also gave to his girlfriend…and that this wasn’t a good thing. She also told us that because she lives her life on a reality show, Keeping up with the Kardashians, doing live television is second nature. And that she collects perfume bottles, a hobby which helped her decide on the shape and look of the bottle (curvy).

Kim Kardashian also said that she is a big user of twitter and facebook. So much so that she asked her twitter followers to choose the colors for the perfume bottles by posting different pictures online and asking the followers to choose their favorites.

At the show’s wrap up it looked like close to 300 bottles of eau de parfum were sold live on air at $65.00 per bottle.
