I straighten by hair with a ceramic straightner but after a few hours it becomes wavy, is there any product you would recommend that can help keep it straight? – Liz, New Westminster, British Columbia
I find that I get better results if I try to blow out the hair first to a smoother finish. I will use a straightening serum like Bumble and Bumble’s Straight followed by Bumble’s Holding Spray or Spray de Mode (these help defy humidity and protect the hair from the heat of the iron). If you live in a humid or rainy climate, like New West, protecting your hair with a hat also helps.
