In today’s beauty news, Lindsay Lohan is being sued over her Sevin Nyne self-tanner.
A lawsuit was filed in Tampa by Jennifer Sunday who claims that she was an original creative partner for the line. She claims that Lindsay Lohan and her partner Lorit Simon stole the formula and began marketing it together as their idea (completely leaving out Ms. Sunday).
Considering Lindsay’s precarious personal and professional woes, this is not a great time for her to be dealt a lawsuit. Hopefully it gets cleared up without a lengthy (and expensive) court battle. Good luck, Lindsay!
