The No Makeup Look Gets Glam This Season

By this point, most of us are accustomed to the natural beauty of the no makeup look. Whether you’re a fan of the au naturel look or you’re simply looking for a change from bright colours, minimal makeup is the way to go this autumn. Try drawing your tips from the runways at Michael Kors, Monse and Altuzarra, where barely there visages managed to look surprisingly sophisticated. We’ve rounded up a few ways to master this reigning runway trend right now.

Michael Kors

At Michael Kors, bold busy eyebrows helped to define the face and bring attention to the eyes. For a similar look, try a single coat of brown mascara, along with concealer and foundation to achieve radiant, glowing skin. Try highlighting your cheeks with a hint of rosy pink blush, and enhancing your pout with pale pink tinted balm or gloss.

Monse

On the Monse runway, dark brows overlooked glossy neutral eyelids which shimmered and caught the light. Meanwhile, contoured cheekbones and light rose-coloured lips can easily pull your entire beauty look together.

Altuzarra

At Altuzarra, pale pink eyelids evoked fairytale princess vibes. To flatter your blush eyeshadow, try defining your entire face with similar pops of light pink. From a barely there pale pink pout to ballet slipper cheeks, this soft and feminine tone can truly sculpt your features and lend a delicate feel.
