  PARTNER UP
Try bringing a new level to your fitness by incorporating a workout buddy and trying out a partner work- out. Whether it’s your friend or a co- worker, you can always bring another person into your fitness regimen. Some options for partner workouts include twists on classic squats, such as a lunge to chest pass. Meanwhile, resistance bands and medicine balls can also be incorporated into work- outs for a fun, active spin on a team workout session.
  SWING IT
You may not have a gym right in your apartment or at your desk at the of- fice, but kettlebells don’t take up much space! Kettlebell swings are known to help burn fat, and can help you achieve the toned form that you are working toward. To master kettlebells, start with feet apart and arms out in front of you. Squeeze the bottom half of your body, and start swinging!
